"Why A Beard?" By Alexander The Poet 01.31.09

Once in a while, people like to question,
 Why did I, decide to grow a beard?
So right now, without any regression,
 I'll tell you, so your mind can be cleared...

I grew a beard to cover the ugly,
 And I find it, to be quite sublime
Plus it keeps me very warm and snuggly,
 When I am cold, in the wintertime...

I find my beard adds masculinity,
 And it also adds, a touch of class
To me, girls have a strong affinity,
 Having a beard, helps me get some ass!

With a beard, I have something else to stroke,
 It helps me look smart and deep in thought
It allows me lots of flavor to soak,
 So I'm never hungry, and distraught!

I know that you might find my answers weird,
 And I'm certain, you may not agree
But that is surely, why I have a beard,
 And let me just say, it grew on me...
