If you know your ass is real filthy, 
And full of just so much shit
An enema is necessary,
An enema, will cure it!

You simply take a long tube wire,
And you slide it, in your hole
Slide it in, as deep as you desire,
Getting crap out, is your goal!

When the whole wire is up your ass,
Turn the cleansing device on
Through that long tube, all your shit will pass
You'll feel better, once it's done

Cause an enema, is quite painful,
It's by no means, a joyride
But your ass, may just feel wonderful,
Without any crap inside!
