"When Jesus Came Quickly" By Alexander The Poet 08.13.07

Jesus was walking one day,
When a river and a tree
Showed up and got in his way,
And made Jesus come quickly!

But it wasn't just a tree,
For it was, the tree of life
It had leaves that healed countries,
It looked hotter than your wife!

Inside the tree, Jesus found,
God and a Lamb, hanging out
With them, no curse was around,
To Jesus they were devout!

But once God and the Lamb saw,
Jesus' s nice hair and face
Both of them felt shock and awe,
All good things seemed to erase!

Jesus took away their nights,
And all of their flashlights too
But he would show them the light,
And their life would be renewed!

But then this angel appeared,
And some servants got lucky
It made Jesus stroke his beard
And made Jesus come quickly!
