In Hollywood, there's an award show,
And this award show happens annually
It's where all the celebrities go,
That star in movies that, we all never see

It's called The Academy Awards,
Or as others like to call it, The Oscars
It's where all the stars come out in hordes,
To honor movies, that were so lackluster

The movies that get nominated,
They always only seem to be all drama
By old folks, they're appreciated,
But by every one else though, they are not-ta

Those movies don't come out in theaters,
And yet, they are all quickly nominated
And each year, it just gets worse and worse
The Academy Awards are so jaded
